StarkWare Industries Ltd. (“StarkWare”, “we”, “our”) welcomes you (the “User(s)", or “you”) to https://strkbtc.starknet.io/ (the “Site”), a website that provides information about strkBTC and the strkBTC Bridge.
“strkBTC” means a programmable, natively stakeable digital asset on Starknet intended to maintain a 1:1 redemption value with BTC.
“strkBTC Bridge” means the technical infrastructure enabling interaction between the Bitcoin blockchain and the Starknet network consisting of a multisig model intended to maintain a 1:1 redemption between BTC and strkBTC.
Acceptance of the Terms
BE AWARE THAT YOUR USAGE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT ALL THE TERMS BELOW WILL APPLY.
By entering, connecting to, accessing or using the Site you agree to the Terms and the Starknet Privacy Policy.
The Site provides information about strkBTC and the strkBTC Bridge for informational purposes only and does not provide a user interface to interact with the Bridge.
Information should not be construed as investment, legal, or financial advice.
Participation involves risk and use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
Eligibility to Use the Site
Users must
be at least 18 years old
have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
If acting on behalf of an organization you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Third Party Services and Materials
The Site may include links or integrations with third-party services.
StarkWare may receive compensation related to such third-party services.
StarkWare is not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, or content of third-party platforms.
Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Availability
The Site depends on communication networks and public blockchain infrastructure and may experience interruptions or errors.
Disclaimers and No Warranties
The Site is provided “AS IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS”, and “AS AVAILABLE.”
StarkWare disclaims all warranties including
merchantability
fitness for a particular purpose
non-infringement
StarkWare does not guarantee
accuracy
reliability
security
uninterrupted operation.
Third parties may modify the Bridge without StarkWare’s knowledge and users must verify the version they interact with.
Limitation of Liability
StarkWare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.
Maximum liability is limited to
the amount paid by the user to StarkWare, or
USD $100, whichever is greater.
Release of Claims
Users assume all risks associated with using the Site and release StarkWare from related claims.
Amendments
Terms may be modified at any time.
Material changes take effect 7 days after notice.
Termination
StarkWare may terminate Site access at any time without notice.
Governing Law and Arbitration
Disputes are governed by Singapore law.
All disputes must be resolved through ICC arbitration, conducted in English and held in Singapore or via teleconference.
Users waive
class action participation
jury trial rights.
General
These Terms represent the entire agreement.
Claims must be brought within one year.
Users may not assign the agreement without StarkWare’s consent.
All correspondence must be written in English.
